Shielded have dedicated claims staff. We will happily guide and advise you on all aspects of claims from your initial enquiry about a potential claim. We will also provide expert advice on your cover for any circumstances including the cover for your items when travelling locally or abroad.

Making a claim
It is important that you advise us of your claim as soon as possible. Delays could prejudice your claim. You must also;
- Take all reasonable steps to prevent any further loss
- In the case of a burglary / theft / malicious damage, the incident should be reported to the police
- In the case of a liability claim - do not admit liability
